Delivery Costs and Times

UK: FREE delivery available on orders over £70!

Second Class: £2 for orders up to £20. £3 for orders up to £70. FREE for orders over £70.
First Class: £3 for orders up to £20. £4 for orders over £20.

Europe: £6 on orders up to £50. £8 on orders up to £100. £15 on orders over £100.
European delivery is by Airmail which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Worldwide: £12 on orders up to £50. £15 on orders up to £100. £20 on orders over £100.
Worldwide delivery is by Airmail which aims to deliver within 5-7 working days from dispatch.

Please note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional import duty charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For most items we will normally dispatch your order within two WORKING days but it can sometimes take slightly longer. If you need an item for a particular date please let us know and we'll do our best to get it there in time.

For items that are not held in stock (items from Alchemy Gothic) delivery will depend on the manufacturer, we aim to get you your items as quickly as possible but please note that this can take up to 4 WEEKS. We will email you to tell you when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we will not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will only ship non-UK orders to the cardholder's address.
